Best Stashbuster Projects

Have you ever wondered what to do with tiny ends of yarn like these? I hate wasting yarn, and if you’re reading this, you obviously feel the same! It seems such a waste for such beautiful yarn to go in the bin, especially in this economy!

It can be difficult to find uses for these beautiful ends, and I hope this inspires you to reuse and recycle these instead of letting them end up in the wastebasket.

I wanted to solve the problem of what to do with these tiny amounts, so have compiled this list of my favourite stashbusting projects! If you have any other suggestions, please leave a comment, I’d love for you to share your ideas.

Keep reading for some crafty inspiration.

1.Make reusable face scrubbies 💦

This scrubbie is great because it can be made in under 10 minutes (yes, you read that right!) so you can make a whole set of 7 in about an hour. They’re perfect as gifts or to sell at handmade markets. It's also much more sustainable than disposable face pads so you can use your craft for good!

6. Make a mini bow 🎀

These adorable bows are a perfect way to use up any yarn weight and practice your tunisian crochet skills (don’t worry, if you’ve never tried tunisian before, I have an in depth tutorial!).

To make, simply adjust my Esme Hairbow pattern by only working 4 increase and decrease rows and decreasing the length.
